Never written a review before but I owe any future customer this. The facts 10 hours, $1500 dollars later and my boat trailer brakes still don't work. Place is so poorly managed I am not going back to have them try and do the job right for fear they will do more damage.

Brought car in to shop in January. I was told it would need to have extensive service and was "undriveable", so if I wanted a second opinion, I would need to pay for it to be towed. I reluctantly agreed to service because I was six months pregnant and needed the vehicle. Service took 8 hours. I kept being told they were waiting on a part and it would only be another hour. 5 weeks later the brakes started squealing loudly. I arrived and was told all the parts needed to fix my car were on hand and it should take one hour. I was asked if I would like to pay upfront and I said "sure". Biggest mistake I've made. Fairly soon I was told that the parts had to be delivered by the store owner, a process which took 3 hours in itself before they even started working on my car. Jordan the owner knows his 3rd rate non certified mechanic damaged my transmission only charged me for the part but should have done it for free since his non certified mechanic damaged it I wrote the same review yesterday but the keep taking it off because the cat let the truth be told
