I would have never given this place even 1 star, but had no choice. Never go to this place. My car overheated while I was visitng family in Lakeway from Houston. I left it with my parents and they took it to Brake Specialist Plus. The next weekend I can back to get my car, wasn't even 20 minutes away from family when it started to get hot. My husband, who is a mechanice (but wasn't with me the first visit) pulled over and let it cool down. This shop is VERY busy as there was hardly a place to park when I showed up.I went in without an appointment and was still able to get my car the same day even though they said they could not guarantee it.I really wanted it back though as I only have 1 car and Adam said they would try to accomadiate me the best they could.Well he called me at 7pm to let me know it was done and I did not answer-He left a message and put the keys in it and said he would call Monday for payment as it was a Sat!!
