The brake shop is one place in Richmond you can always count on to do you right. If you're going to get anything done with tires, take cash. I did not know they only took cash for tire work. The owner was real cool about it and let me use my card, but told me from now on only bring cash for tire work.

My pickup truck’s transmission coolant line sprung a serious leak while I was driving through Richmond, Indiana, on my way back to Buffalo, NY from visiting my daughter in Arizona. My breakdown occurred on a late Friday afternoon, after all shops had closed for the day (and for the weekend). I got a tow to the local Motel 6 where I became a resident for the next two days. My father was broke down in Richmond far from home. The Brake Shop took good care of him and drove his remaining 8 hours home with no problems. My father is a mechanic himself and said “it was exactly the kind of place I was looking for”. Good people, thank you

So yall thinks it's cute to back up to almost the front of someone's car for no reason. Cameras are everywhere and that makes the business look bad. Your employees should do better!
