when. someone tells customers to "shut up" when they ask about a diagnostic and then rudely yells that customer and her mechanic that they "want customers with money" implying that they didn't either by gender, race, or how they looked when they arrive, i'd rather go across the city to ANY other place than this one.
Great shop for all your car needs! Have been a costumer for about 5 years. Very honest and always reasonable!
