I came in because I had a nail in my tire that was causing a leak. They told me I would need to pay $200 for a new tire because it was beyond repair. They made me put a $20 deposit down on a new tire. I went down the street to the other tire place and they charged me $12 to plug the hole in the tire. The guys laughed when I told them Brake-O-Rama wanted $200. I called my bank and told them what happened and they were able to get my $20 back. This place promises things but does not deliver, and check your car before you leave the place. They will break things and will never tell you. I brought my car for simple nail in tire. Asked if they do patch or plug, was told me "we do both". Tire was never even removed from the car, they just lifted the car on the lift and put a plug in the tire. I just went to the Perth Amboy location. Stay far away. Buyer Beware. Rip off. Not professional at all. There is no way it should cost $502.92 for rear brakes on a 2009 ACURA TL. I was told one thing then told something else once the vehicle was ready. Wonder why they are not busy. Poor customer service.
