They honored my coupon. I bought a Groupon and this store was the closest to me. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told they are closed for renovation so they sent me to another location. I wasnt very happy about the switch and having to drive farther, but the guy at their Elizabeth location gave me a \$5 gas discount and a 20% off coupon for future service.. So not bad. I like the service and professionalism of the staff. they know how to keep a customer. And good job on my car!!

I have been going to this store for years now and always get good service. So when I called today to schedule a routine maintenance check and found out they are under renovation, I was bummed. I was worried Id have to take my car elsewhere but instead, they wanted to keep my business and offered me a discount coupon for their store in Elizabeth... And it works out great! Im staying with my mechanic, I get a discount, and all for just a quick phone call. It pays off to go back. THANKS!!!!
