I went into Brake Masters my usual go to place, and I received what I would describe as a lack luster greeting by a new person Carlos. I was told Ryan was no longer at the store, I asked for David and was told he was not there unsure if he was still there. Took my vehicle at the Gilbert and Riggs location and what a great experience overall! Met with Rocky I believe he was the service Manager. Very pleased with him very knowledgeable. He never once pushed to sell me anything. He told me what my vehicle needed and a great price. I had taken my vehicle to another place where they quoted over a thousand dollars and I wanted to get a second opinion and glad I did.
