Since the habub last week my check engine light has been on. I went to another location to have it checked. The guy at the front desk could barely explain the codes and their meaning. Long story short I stopped by Ryan's store this morning and was greeted by Dave. Dave immediately set me at ease and then I met Ryan. I was told I probably had problems with my battery or alternator. Being from out of state, I was holding my breath for a big bill. After 45 minutes of testing battery, starter, and alternator...they said the battery was at 81% (fine) and the others were 100%. They didn't even charge me the $48.00 for checking it out. I was so grateful for their prompt attention and kindness!! Hurray Brake Masters and Arizona (: Joette

Excellent service, just needed a simple oil change and they were able to do so quickly and efficiently. Did not try hard sell me on other items as many other shops in the area do. Will be giving more of my family's business here.

I just had the very best experience I've had in a very long time while getting work done on my car. I had a simple oil change and yet Ryan at this brake Masters on Riggs Road was so fabulous with setting it up when I called ahead. Also getting me in right away and making sure I did what was best for my car. Not trying to upsell me. Thank you so much Ryan I will be getting my car serviced here moving forward!
