I brought my Alfa Romeo into Brake Masters and happen to meet the manager Richard. He is a 5 star manager and people person. He took care of my brakes and made sure the price was within my budget. He even stayed two hours after his location closed to make sure thatbhe cleared the code on my Alfa Romeo to make sure that I had no issues with my new brakes. I replaced my transmission filter but was unable to fill the fluid to full capacity as i did the job myself at my house. I called Richard, the manager of the premises. He listened to my issue and verbally attempted to help. I asked if his shop would put my car on the lift and check the level for me. We scheduled an appointment. When I arrived on the date of my appointment, Richard got my car in immediately and had one of the mechanics complete the task (check the fluid level - my car has no dipstick). The service here is great! The management wants to work with you and they do not try to hide information from you. They are up front about pricing as well. I will come back here for future service appointments.
Above and beyond customer service that is hard to find most places.
