Its hard to express just how great of a location and team is here. I called in with needing something done today, and they were great enough to squeeze it in, and after the initial fix did not solve the problem (not their fault) they worked with me over and over to find the correct answer to the problem. Loc and his team provided Extraordinary and Exceptional customer service! A few weeks ago they went over and beyond to fix my gear shifter that was this little round piece i needed, to help me get on the road to go California for work. They came up with a plan and executed it seamlessly and with compassion, and it didn’t break my pocket, all with a smile! You have a customer for life

Due to the extreme heat and no a/c for a week I finally called Brake Masters. They said if you come in now we can get checked out today. They gave me the best price on my air condition flush and a/c compressor. There was no pressure to buy, when I said I need to check on if my extended warranty and if it was still good and if compressor that i had replaced 3 years ago would be covered by the dealership.
