I would strongly caution anyone considering Brake Masters—this was one of the most unprofessional and misleading service experiences I’ve had. I initially went in for an inspection and was told I needed rear brakes and rotors. Nothing was mentioned about the front. I was given a quote and told them I could schedule later. They took my truck in and finished the work in a fast and professional manner.
Took my car for brakes and bell bearings repair, when my car was ready and was going home it stopped going in drive on the I-10 had to pull over and got it towed back here then they fixed what that broke and now my car doesn’t go reverse and I have no horn. They said it was already like that I never had a problem with any of these things but a broken bell bearing.
