They wrote my check engine light was on it has never been on. Now all of a sudden my car has a coolant leak after I didn't wanna pay for the extra bs and all I needed was an oil change. I wouldn't trust them to change bed sheets.

Advisor # 5630 Jeremiah S. Is not a very trustworthy man. When he finished with my oil change I asked him if they topped off my fluids, he said they did. Of course I checked them before I left. And guess what? They were not. Windshield wiper,fluid, ect. I have done business with them before but never again, can't trust them. I always like supporting neighborhood business, but not this one. Glad Big O is close.

I was a Canadian traveller headed from NW British Columbia to Puerto Vallarta with my 3 cats September 8, 2025 and while on the road, my truck started having issues with overheating. I stopped by Brakemasters #236 for an oil change and a radiator flush., thinking Mexican dust and NW BC dirt might've clogged things. Turns out my issue was much larger than that. I was getting some parts at the auto zone down the road when one of the ladies from Brakes Masters came in (while in uniform) and started yelling cussing out the workers simply because her order was slightly delayed. She was being absolutely disgusting to them. You shouldn't talk to people like that. Especially while in uniform representing your company. Have some grace. Super unprofessional of her. If this is how their employees act I won't be going back to that Brakes Masters location.
