Casey Ryder was amazing great customer service
Nope! Went to the dealership and were told we needed rear brakes ONLY. Called here based on reviews and requested 1 yr brakes since we only drive about 2-3K miles per year and probably won't be keeping the car past December. Casey tried to upcharge for Lifetime brakes, quoting the full $200-$210 instead of the $139.95 + tax advertised coupon price. Bye Bye.
I want to say I had the best experience I came in due to my car continuously stalling and shutting off The manager Curtis was great he went above and beyond to ensure me and my children are safe in the road with a fraction of the cost. With different payment options that worked best for me. I highly recommend this location Thank you brakemasters
Me and my mom were on our way to somewhere, but we unfortunately ran over a nail and got a flat tire. Thankfully we were close to brake masters and a worker named Curtis quickly replaced our tire. We so thankful and amazed by their service.
This was my first time in to brake Masters and the manager Curtis and technician Josh were great I would trust them with my anytime both are professional and courteous,GREAT Experience
