I've been coming her for about 3 years. Today they let me down bad. The lady told me 45 minutes. I came back over 3 hours later to pick up my car and they didn't touch it yet. I let the guy know that I needed to use my car for 10 minutes. I came back in ten minutes and they put another vehicle for an oil change. He said to leave the car and 90 minutes they will be done. I let them know after coming here for 3 years I will not be back ever again! I can tell they really don't care about you.. just money! smh.

They wrote my check engine light was on it has never been on. Now all of a sudden my car has a coolant leak after I didn't wanna pay for the extra bs and all I needed was an oil change. I wouldn't trust them to change bed sheets.
Advisor # 5630 Jeremiah S. Is not a very trustworthy man. When he finished with my oil change I asked him if they topped off my fluids, he said they did. Of course I checked them before I left. And guess what? They were not. Windshield wiper,fluid, ect. I have done business with them before but never again, can't trust them. I always like supporting neighborhood business, but not this one. Glad Big O is close.
