Going on a road trip , and noticed I needed a oil change. My husband took it in. When I us3d the truck that evening my truck sounded alot louder when pressing the gas. I brought it to my husband attention. He poped the hood and noticed that Break Master team didn't clamp down my air filter. As a woman customer i depend on safety. Now I'm not sure if I want to use there services. I can't trust them anymore. I be bringing this matter to the managers attention.
