Went for an oil change last week after my Cadillac Dealer told me they couldnt get me in til the following week. I called that morning the gentleman said come in at 1p. Not only did they finish in an hour but gave me a honest analysis of what else needed to be done and when. While I sat there, I listened to the calls coming in the store.
