Honest and friendly. I took my granddaughters car in brakes grinding showed me the rotors they were shot. Another shop told me I had to replace more than the rotors. A friend suggested them and I am so happy I went saved me so much money. I will go to them for now on. The people are absolutely wonderful.wished I would have taken names for a shout out. You guys ROCK.
Made an appointment for 9:00. Was told to get in line with everyone else and it would take 2 hours for an oil change. Will never go back here again
Im really upset that I have to even write this review because this used to be my mechanic shop I been going to for about 7 years now but after this last visit I will not be coming back.. About a week ago I took my car in for a routine oil change and after I picked up my car about a few minutes later my airbag light starts turning on and off when it has NEVER done that before I had to run errands and after I took it back about 2 hours later and they looked at it for about 5-10 minutes they came in and told me the part for the... read more
They were prompt at taking a look and performing a pressure test on my older vehicle that had overheated earlier. Only improvement I would suggest would be better communication. I asked if it would take much longer and one gentleman said yes, I could leave and they would call me however before reaching two miles away another gentleman called and said it was ready now. They were very kind to not charge as they didn’t find any leaks so that makes up for the miscommunication. Would take my vehicle back for further investigation... read more
Pleasantly surprised. Always stressed out when I need work done on my car. Always worried it's going to be too expensive. Too complicated and I'm going to end up buying parts and services that I don't need. These guys made the whole process completely. Painless. Dropped off my car knowing that I needed pads and rotors. Their price was lower than a quart I received about a month ago. So I just went ahead and did the work. Got it done super fast too!
