The Rep at the Desk lied to me! They have me wait 5 hours for everything to be completed and then don't even fix everything that we had discussed. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? 5 HRS FOR BACK BRAKES AND AN OIL CHANGE? 1 GUY SAYS HE DOESNT KNOW WHY ITS TAKIKG SO LONG, AND THEN THE OTHER GUY SAYS OH WE WERE WAITING FOR A PART? Very pleased with the services I received for my 2007 Nissan Altima here at Brake Masters. The manager, James, is upfront and honest about everything. Lisa was pleasant and friendly. I was treated like family. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you again for all you did!
