Every time I stop in, the guys at this Break Masters have been very helpful no matter what car problems or questions I have. When Discount Tires wanted me to wait over an hour to fill a tire with air, I stopped at Break Masters in hopes they could help and true to form, they pulled the car in and five minutes later my tires had air and were safe to drive again. It’s nice to know there is still a place where customer service means what it used to.
I had a great experience here at Brake Masters #224. I had a "conglobobulation" of problems. Cassie sorted them out for me, and made necessary recommendations (my brake fluid was 300+ppm). She showed and explained to me the test results (like a pool water test strip). Eric was very helpful when he made some recommendations on how to resolve a computer issue. They were very pleasant and professional. It is clear that they work well together and enjoy their jobs. I will be back again in 6 months.
Peoria Brake Masters has been servicing my family's vehicles for the last five years for oil changes, brake replacement, flush and almost every service except for a full transmission replacement - for that they referred me to a transmission specialist in Surprise.
