I came into this location yesterday morning in desperate help after my drive belt broke on my car, with oil everywhere in my engine, and the men working here immediately put my car up to thoroughly look through and find the problem. After which they told me it was a larger issue than they could deal with and recommend I go to the dealership to take care of it. They spent almost an hour on my car and didn't charge me anything. Overdue review of a bad technical issue that happened at this Brake Masters. So why five stars if there was a problem with the repair? Because technical issues happen when dealing with cars, and these folks stood by their work and were as good as their word in making it right. They replaced the radiator fan in my daughter's Buick. The next day the car overheated because the fan had completely melted along with the pigtail and part of the fusebox. The manager said he suspected they got a bad part with a short in it.
