Place has always been friendly but do not take a vehicle here if you altered the height of the vehicle. They need to let you know that there technicians are not able to align lifted or lowered vehicles. This is the second vehicle I’ve taken with altered height and had to go Network alignment to have it corrected
Wife takes car in for oil change and tire rotation. Technician says coolant low and discolored (thank you for checking) but refuses to top off and tries to force $170 radiator flush. Spoke with manager and resolved - coolant will be topped off. Also had estimate for other work, thank you but I’ll go somewhere else. Reply to response: It has nothing to do with price. Your techs were trying to force work on my wife and had made my wife feel unsafe in her vehicle.
