First time going here and had a great experience! Great prices for an oil change 😊
Walked in with my 4 yr old without an appointment , had me waited for about 2 hr for a simple light bulb alarm diagnostic, didn’t give any idea of how long will it take, and later replaced the tailgate middle brake bulb and didn’t tell me the amount before replacing it or asked for an approval and later I just ended up paying the amount they asked for.
Eric the Store manager at Brake Masters was so helpful and willing to work with me and my family to get both of our cars serviced on the same day, professional, helpful, and courteous!!
I have been coming to this location for a few years now, and have always had a great experience! They are down to earth people and Johnny, the assistant manager, is incredibly kind and insightful. I always feel treated fairly with them!
