Brake Masters #222 located at 9303 Dyer Street is by far the “WORST” business to provide customer service to get a vehicle diagnosis for brakes and suspension. About a week ago, I entered the customer service desk and thoroughly requested a brake inspection because I explained to the advisor that I had a major clunking noise from my brakes and that I had major front end service done about 2 years ago. I wish I could give a zero star. The worst place ever! The mechanics don't know what they are doing. Went in there because my car was making a small thunk noise when I went over bumps and left with my cars engine violently shaking every single time start it and the thunk noise is still there. Went back and told the manager, for which they did offer free labor as long as I bought a part for the suspension. When I picked up my car.... Noise was worse! Very good ppl excellent service..p this review was some time ago. But here I am again to do brakes oil change and alignment. Same excellent service as always. Prices are reasonable as usual. Thank you sir.!!!! It's been 3 months and it is now 08/11/2025. This time I did oil change and oil pan gasket replacement. As usual I was out in 90 minutes and they did a good job as usual..thank you again.
My #1 place to go for maintenance. All the employees are welcoming and helpful
