I was referred to break masters by my friend Shanett. She did not let me down. From the very first car a man named Jordan was very professional polite and eager to help. My brakes were done the same day at a reasonable price and I could feel the quality of work immediately upon the first stoplight. Their customer service was impeccable and efficient I will be returning for more services in the future.
Kraig is the best. He is very helpful, informative and forthcoming. I'll be coming back for my oil changes, 100%!
I brought my truck here a little over a month ago for soft brake peddle feel. They told me they weren't going to do anything about it; said it was fine. They told the guy that drove the truck every day (me) that it was normal. It was not normal. It was soft then, and has only gotten softer since. Guess I'll take it to someone who actually wants the work, because there's obviously something wrong with the brakes and these guys.
Joel was awesome! He was really nice to offer and stay after hours to help figure out things with our car. The price was a bit steep but it did come with a life time warranty for the rotor and brake pads.
