We recently brought my car here for a major service. The pricing was fair and the work was completed in a day. The best part is that now my car’s gas mileage has significantly improved. I’ll be back for additional repairs as needed. Thank you Brake Masters.
Made an appointment for an oil change at 9am. Sitting here at 11:18 and still not done. Last update was that they are finishing up the last side of the tire rotation - have not seen anybody near my car in the past 15 minutes. Talked to the Assistant Manager - no apology for the delay, no hint of taking any responsibility for how long it’s taken; just excuses. I took my vehicle in for a brake fluid for flush. Original estimate was one to two hours. They finished it in 45 minutes, super friendly and helpful and had the best price in the area.
