Back for an oil service, because the shop overtightened and damaged my oil drain bolt. I have a 2007 Volvo. I have changed the oil myself, but had the shop do it back in August when I relocated to Rocklin. I tried to do the service myself again, but discovered the drain plug overtighted, and lightly damaged. The shop claimed that Volvo spec tightening was tough to loosen back up. Brakemasters (at least this location) is reliable and they do good work they stand behind. Fair warning - they are popular. That means they are constantly swamped with work. Be prepared to leave your car for a while. That said, the personnel are wonderful and do not lie to you. If there is something wrong with the car it's wrong. I think they are the only place that when they checked alignment on one of my vehicles they reported it was perfect.
