I got my vehicle serviced at Brake Masters #207 location on 8/25/25. I have a 2023 Tucson Hyundai and was told I needed new tie rods.. Why would a 2023 need new tie rods? I am 21 and I feel very taken advantage of, I was scared to drive my car because I was told it was almost a hazard and I needed to get my tie rods done ASAP. I took it to Hyundai to see if I needed new tie rods and they are BRAND NEW. I asked them to also check my alignment and guess what? That was also done wrong, I did not get my back alignment done.. The team was very professional and did not upsell they did what I asked for and that’s good service.
