They will steal from you!! This Brake Masters #207 will lie and steal from you!!! These are the people that make car repairs scary!! We brought in our camper van for service, didn't realize until the drive there, are transmission was out. They said they could look at it and fix it. I let them know if the transmission is out, we are scrapping the vehicle, don't do anything else. Brandon was outstanding to work with. He was friendly, knowlegable, and thorough.
Absolutely terrible experience twice in two weeks. Joseph the Service manager promised me a price of 3-4 hours then changed it to 8 plus hours Then took the truck back again and another 7:30-4:30 experience with them ordering the wrong parts. Mike, the front desk mgr was awesome but I will still not go back here.
I called them towards the end of the day to see if they could fit me in for two loose brake rotors to be turned. Service representatives that absolutely come on by. They were very helpful. Extremely friendly. And they didn't rip me off. They gave me one hell of a good deal! Their kindness has assured that I will use them again in the future! Thank you everybody at the Carefree highway location!
