I took my car in for an oil change with an 8:30 am appointment. It took over an hour to complete the oil change. Then they charged me extra for the oil filter because they did not have it in stock. What should have been a 65 dollar oil change with a coupon turned into a 90 dollar oil change. If I had known that I would have taken it to the dealer. I would have received better service, better price and a free car wash.
Booked an appointment at 11 And thought it was a good idea to sit and wait for my car to be done, I should’ve done my research, but if I’m paying for this service I think it might hint I don’t know how long it takes, but the attendant informed me around the three hour mark this was gonna take way longer. I felt that it was a little inconsiderate after watching me fall asleep in their lobby and walk to get my lunch, That they wouldn’t mention this would take a majority of the day. Always knowledgeable, courteous and to the point when possible
Great service and very friendly!
Outstanding service. Personnel are all so polite and helpful. The manager, Robert, always remembers me even though I don't visit this store very often. I have never had a reason to doubt whatever they charge or question if I really needed the work they recommend. They don't work on only brakes. I come to this El Paso garage for whatever my car needs. I highly recommend to anyone who is worried about being overcharged or ripped off.
