I called to ask them why the alignment and the air conditioning didn't work properly and they didn't want to give me any reason, they just threw the phone at me, I lost my money.
I am very disappointed with this place and Andrew. We came in to get the brakes checked because they were grinding. They said we needed both front and back brakes. They quoted us 1200$ we had them do front brakes, shocks, rotors, front and back break pads. 670$ ok fine. I took it home same day seemed okay. My husband took my car the next morning and the breaks DID NOT WORK. He almost crashed. I had great service. Just a quick Thank You to Ramon and his team. They were able to find the problem , explain what was going on with my car, and inform me of what it would take to repair it. They were even kind enough to help me contact the Warranty Company. My car was repaired in a timely manner, and i haven't had a problem since. Thanks again for the good work! Much appreciated.
