Brake Master’s in Surprise, Arizona went above and beyond expectations to take care of me. I was out of town for a baseball tournament with two boys playing. My brakes were causing my whole car to shake, so I knew it needed to be taken care of asap. They not only took care of the issue quickly but they drove me to and from the baseball field so I didn’t have to miss my boys’ games. Needed new breaks. Went in Thursday to get info, they were very nice and answered all the questions I had, didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience.
