I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Master Brake deserves to be shared. I took my Honda Accord in because of ABS warning lights. Two other shops told me the ABS module needed replacement (around $3000), so I went to Master Brake for a final opinion. First, Henry told me the issue was “just the cracked windshield” and that once I replaced it, the lights would go away. John is awesome! They all are there, but John is the man. They are very friendly and try to help by all means necessary. I recommend them to anyone, we have a total of 3 vehicles and they are our go to place from here on out
Needed alignment really bad on my 2021 Model 3 and they were able to get me in quick and did a very good job and it was pretty fast, when you can't wait weeks for Tesla Service this location is a good option! Frank was great!
This was my first time at Brake Masters, and even though I hope I won’t need to get help with my vehicle anytime soon, when I do, I know where I’ll be going! Henry was kind, smart, helpful, and funny, making a slightly stressful situation enjoyable and understandable! Apologies that I can’t remember the senior technician’s name that worked on my car, but he is one cool dude. Thank you for taking care of me and my car 🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶
