I had an appointment for oil change. After waiting a full hour, I got up thinking it was done, it was not even started. I asked and got a REAL NASTY reply, they gave me the and did not do the work.
Driven by this place many times but had never taken my vehicle there. Friendly quick service and a convenient location. I’ll be back!
John and his team at Brake Masters are consistently excellent. Every time I bring my car in, they’re professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. It’s hard to find a shop you can fully trust, but they’ve proven time and time again that they’ve got it handled. I really appreciate the level of service and communication they provide.
