I've been taking my vehicle to this location for an oil change for 2 years. after my last oil change I noticed spots of oil in the driveway, today I asked them to check the leak they called me over to show me an oversized aftermarket plug, they told me someone stripped the oil pan and put an oversized plug in. I've only had my oil changed at this location. they've denied all responsibility. they said the best they can do is install the oil pan at no charge if I purchase it. I'm never coming back.
