I’ve been bringing my car to Break Master Mechanical Shop for about a year now, and Lori and the team always take incredible care of me. They get me in and out , and I really appreciate that they give it to me straight up no fluff or unnecessary upsells. Trustworthy, fast, and reliable mechanic team. Highly recommend!
Brake Masters/ Baseline is my wife and mine go to place for our maintenance performed. We have had front end alignments, catalytic converters, brake replacements and over the past 10 years many check engine sensors replaced on our two vehicles. Our vehicles now are 8-10 years old and considering odometer mileage are getting service one or two times a year. Brake Master has been fair and reasonable every time. They have even been honest to tell me there is no charge for a warranty related fix.
Great experience every time. Lori and everyone there go above and beyond. Everything is done in a timely manner, They’re quick to identify the problem. I love that I can rely on them to repair my vehicle as soon as possible
Got a oil change here thinking they do good work and are reputable place. Checked my oil before leaving was way OVERFILLED and asked them why its filled so high they said they filled to spec they check again said it was ok. Got home and drained it was A QUART OVERFILLED. Pretty disappointed just wanted a simple oil change and could have blown my engine up.
Great experience as always!! Very friendly and they solve my problems
