I will no longer go anywhere else to get my work done. These guys are the best! So nice and honest about the work.
I appreciate the honesty and help. Been there twice now and (the second time because they repaired a minor issue the first time without any upsell/fear mongering) they have not disappointed. If there is a major issue, they will give the bad news and consult as to the best course of action. But if a minor issue, they will repair quickly at a reasonable price and send you on your way.
I have used Brake Master for the last 15 years. They always do what they say they will do and at reasonable prices. A few times, I took my car to a dealer, they insisted certain things be done to the vehicle immediately. When I took it to them, they stated there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I trust them with all our vehicles.
Update 6/2026 I can't believe it has been 3 years since I updated this review. Yes! My highest reccomendation remains unchanged. I have had several situations over the years where this team has came through time and again! I will never go to another auto service shop again. They have proven to be honest, trustworthy and perform quality work.
