The customer service is amazing! By far the best Brake Masters I’ve ever been too. Lori is so sweet and amazing! Will definitely continue to go back!
This is long over due, but these guys are wonderful. Laurie is phenomenal and goes above and beyond. They've fixed my car twice in different situations and were able to it quickly and affordable. 10/10 recommend this shop.
As a person ALWAYS leary to walk into a garage of any kind due to price, honesty, and integrity on top if price I have been enlightened by Lori at Brake Masters. I came today with grinding brakes, scared to death of the price and what they would find. She walked me through the process, involving me in understanding my vehicle needs so it made sense. I was 600 miles from home and had a problem with my truck. I was referred to Brake Masters and got there right at the end of the day. They pulled my truck in , fixed it within minutes and wouldn't charge me a thing!! Amazing people with the business model of what customer service should always be! Thank you so much!
My mom has been going to them as long as I can remember. For 20+ years it feels like, they have been able to mix being fast, professional, efficient, kind, and helpful at the same time for all the time we have gone here. Now I have my own vehicle and continue to go here for my auto needs and nothing has changed. Lori and her amazing crew still and always have treated us like family and for as long as I’m in Arizona, I’ll drive from wherever distance to the people I know and trust best.
