If you want to be ignored, wait days, and be pissed off, this is the place for you!!! I caught them in so many lies that they couldn't talk fast enough.
For the 2nd time my car sat in the parking lot waiting to be worked on for almost 3 hours. I was told at drop off that "there is one car in front of you on the lift right now, but it's almost done so it'll only be an hour to an hour and a half". Our car was never touched, never received a call that it was going to take any longer than expected and the manager couldn't have cared less about our displeasure.
