Not an honest brake. I paid to have a brake inspection because my brake pedal seemed soft and it was taking too long to stop the vehicle. I was quoted a $900 repair to replace front pads (which they said were completely worn down), front rotors ( which they said could not be resurfaced), rear shoes ( which they said were completely worn), and reat drums ( which they said were too large to fit on their machine to resurface). Desk personnel were polite and helpful. Mechanic was polite and allowed me to look at parts on vehicle. receipt listed mileage as 10,000 under actual miles which would affect warranty work. Check your receipt for actual mileage. Was told rear drums were worn, too large and needed replaced at $90 each or $180. I micked new and old drums and difference was 0.04. I could of had them turned for $20 , so bought new Drums at O'Reilly auto parts for $26 or both drums for $52 Adj was so tight drum was hard to rotate this would affec... read more
