This company can seem to do everything but my brakes correctly. They don't recommend services, and this results in my cars problems getting worse. Specifically rotor replacement is a constant issue that they can't solve.

2 STAR RATING SPEAKS FOR IT SELF . They do not answer thier phone. Don't return calls. I spent alot of money on repairs at Break masters. I picked up pur car and it was in worse shape than before I had them do any repairs .

Horrible. We took our vehicle in for oil change at the Rita Ranch location. Shortly thereafter, the engine seized up. We had it towed back to the same Brake Masters and they checked the engine. They said we spun a bearing and needed a new motor. They said it wasn’t their fault and gave us a quote of over $10,000 to replace the engine. We decided to get a second opinion and took it to the Nissan dealership.
