To bankroll his new venture, Eric purchased a used sports car, rebuilt it and sold it to finance the first Brake Masters. The company expanded rapidly and opened its first franchise in 1994. After paying for installation at their Chandler facility in April, and having them refuse to check the vehicle after they left the rear tail lights non-functional (it was a loose fuse which took ten seconds to fix), the brakes they installed wore out within 3 months. It is now August, and their installation was so bad that the car has to have new pads and rotors a second time. My son & I went to Brakemasters #207 in Cave Creek. The only reason we went there for his 2018 Subaru Crosstrek because I had positive experience a few years ago with Adrian Crisan, who is no longer with the company. The current manager, Jeremy, was curt, rude and obnoxious. After telling my son the only people who drive a Subaru Crosstrek are lesbians, I and my son did not find it funny. Christian said he is the only one who can help when I mentioned his technicians damaged my air conditioning system in my car! His solution is to laugh and refuse to address the situation. I will never go back and I will be filing whatever is necessary to get my damages and Aircondiotioner fixed. I went in for a brake and alignment appointment and ended up with a broken AC
Visited the shop in Victorville California not once not twice but seven times! Apparently don't know what they're doing if I don't get a refund I will take them to small claims court and I have all the proof that that shop was putting on the wrong parts!
