Horrible. We took our vehicle in for oil change at the Rita Ranch location. Shortly thereafter, the engine seized up. We had it towed back to the same Brake Masters and they checked the engine. They said we spun a bearing and needed a new motor. They said it wasn’t their fault and gave us a quote of over $10,000 to replace the engine. We decided to get a second opinion and took it to the Nissan dealership. BrakeMasters in Rita Ranch, Tucson, performed an “oil change” on our truck. The motor seized up afterwards. We took it in to our mechanic to see what happened. Our mechanic told us the engine was oil starved. When he pulled the motor, the little bit of oil that had not fully drained was dirty oil. BrakeMasters refused to take responsibility and we had to have the engine replaced on our own. Told 30-45 min , drove down there and managers I’m assuming says going to be there all day moshing and groaning , it’s a big truck and a fleet service vehicle and proceeds to say they can’t perform miracles , told him I was told 30-45 minutes. Left and went to jiffy lube up the street. Bet I’m telling manager about how we’re treating as a fleet customer and if an oil change is a miracle than god help they’re customers
