Brake Masters at 3147 Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507 are absolutely awesome!! They are honest and have the best customer service I have ever seen! You will never find a better team headed by Mike Solis and Jason! Wow!! Oklahoma needs this company badly!! When we move there they are the only ones that we will go to! Thank all of you so much!!
We recieved excellent, attentive service on Apache Trail from John/Manager, refreshing in the auto repair biz!
Be aware: they may tell you that your diagnostic fee will be waived if the repair is the result of their part and work needing to be redone (waranteed) however that is not true. They'll require you to pay the full diagnostic on waranteed repairs. Do not trust what they state when dropping off your car!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. TONY a tec did a wheel alignment in the process he broke two of my spokes on my tire. I didn't find out until two days later in my driveway washing my truck they never said anything and let me drive home unsafe I've been dealing with this break Master for 20 years shame on them all the manager Robert said was well we fixed it didn't we you seem to be missing the point you don't break a customer's vehicle and let them drive away and not say anything. I will never do business with them again.

Very bad experience here. I paid $65 to have my vehicle towed over here to find out what's wrong w/it when it broke down in Tucson. The man at this shop knew the urgency of my situation in that I had taken a city bus out to this shop the next day that took 2 hours to get there to bring the key to him to diagnose the problem. Instead of getting the job done, he let my car sit out in the parking lot for 3 1/2 hours ignoring it leading me on w/game playing, dishonesty & selfishness. No so great experience, they left grease all over my center console and seat. Now I have to remove the grease and hope it does not leave a permanent stain. I should go back and charge them for cleaning fee, shop fee, etc.... A bit dishonest in the pricing; they tell you the cost plus tax, when its time to pay they add tons of fees. Any other place will refund you the difference if you were told one thing and given another...classic bait-switch!
