Good if you want to pay for a lot of other stuff I went to get my brakes fixed here just needed the pads done and I was told I needed to get all this other stuff done. The bill was way more then just pads I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a women. I have heard from other friends after this that the same thing happend to them. Bad to Worse - They will not give you a brake!!!!!!! Took vehicle in on 10/28 for front-end alignment. Car began to pull severely to right and then left when braking with a thud sound.

Took truck back on Saturday. Brake Masters called and said it was the rotors, which they claimed were worn below limits. I asked how the calipers were and they said fine. They tried to rip me off I had my car inspected at Nissan when I had my major service. They advised that I needed new brake pads. I thought I it would probably be more expensive at the dealership, so I shopped around. I went to Brake Masters and they gave me a quote of $450. They said I needed all kinds of stuff for my breaks. I figured if I had to spend that much on my brakes, I might as well get it done at the dealership, which I trust more. Good service at fair prices I have been happy with the service I've received at this location. I went in with squealing brakes, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem with a minimum of hassle. The service manager appeared trustworthy. He took alot of time to explain and show me what they had found, and what it would take to fix it. Just as a precaution I had him talk to a male friend first, to make sure I wasn't being taken. Once brake work is done here, there is a lifetime guarantee on brake pads (not labor). Brake Masters I would stay away from Brake Masters. They may do a lot of business but their estimate to fix my car was not at all reasonable. I got more work done than they were offering for $200 less than they quoted. I would say they tried to take advantage of a woman who needed her brakes fixed asap. If that's what you're in to, try them out but otherwise look elsewhere for your brake services.
