Brake Masters I would stay away from Brake Masters. They may do a lot of business but their estimate to fix my car was not at all reasonable. I got more work done than they were offering for $200 less than they quoted. I would say they tried to take advantage of a woman who needed her brakes fixed asap. If that's what you're in to, try them out but otherwise look elsewhere for your brake services.
Best auto repair service in Las Vegas Last month I needed my drive belt replaced, and I was a little worried about whether or not I could tell them what I needed accurately because I don't know much about cars. The mechanic was understanding and my repair went smoothly. Spent more than I wanted to but was still cheaper than the dealer.
Excellent customer service The customer service was excellent and that's something a lot of other shops in Las Vegas should have but don't. They have rotated my tires, replaced my power steering fluid and changed the oil each time without any problems or unfair pricing. Not sure if they are the cheapest but they are quick and convenient.
Best brake repair service Went to Brake Masters to have them service the brakes on my 98 Chevy Tahoe. The brakes feel so much better than before. They changed the brake pads and turned my rotors for the same prices as everywhere else I??ve been. I was in and out with no complaints.
They got the customer I have had bad experiences with auto repair shops ranging from quick jobs like changing air filters to complicated engine repairs but these guys didn't give any trouble. I told them the problem with my car not wanting to turn over. Told me that I need a tune up and new plugs and wires. Gave them my keys, and when I came back there were no extra costs.
Brake Masters is a great repair shop Excellent repair shop all work was done clean and fast great service,super nice and willing to show and explain all repairs the manager Tony was great glad they stole him from the only pepboys i would ever go to go see for your self all top professionals in this shop and they do it all just no tires lol.
No complants here I've have been to different shops all over Las Vegas, and end up coming back to Break Masters. I don't get my breaks done here, but I get all my flushes, A/C, check engine, and my power windows. They always get it right the first time and the prices are reasonable. They take the time to explain and even show you the problem. I haven't had a trust issue yet. The only gripe I have is with the wait. I had an oil change that lasted half the day. I'll be a repeat customer! I have to wonder if the other reviewers really went to the Brake Masters I went to, because this was the best place I've ever been! I got excellent service (they were really friendly), and they took care of my car better than I expected. In fact, I had been told at another shop that I needed to buy all new everything for my brakes, but at Brake Masters I wasn't told that at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE - I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Don't use this establishment! I would choose someone else. They are horrible and didn't guarantee their work. I brought my car in for an alignment and when I noticed that the steering wheel was crocked I brought it back to have them fix it and they told me they would but I would have to pay again. They said they wouldn't guarantee the work because they saw a scuff mark on the tire and I probably drove over a curb and caused the car to be out of alignment. I only drove the car once... read more
