I cant say enough abought this place. Im a Google top 200 because I believe in giving credit to those who deserve it.and to those who dont .the didn't price gage me at all fixed my car with the most care.ive came by because my tire was low .they took care if me I had a bad battery they put me on the next a.m list. They fixed the problem with my Master Cylinder and brake booster just fine. But, when I picked up the car, the inside was disgustingly dirty. There were black greasy handprints on the exterior of the door and the inside was worse. No excuse for returning a vehicle like that after I just spent $1300.00. Very disappointing.
This is my third time I have chosen Brake Masters #176 to service my Honda Accord. The staff is excellent in customer service/satisfaction and very knowledgeable about car maintenance and customer needs.
Brake Masters is a horrible place to bring your vehicle they claim to have full service shop but they don't they will do anything an say anything to lure you in. They are not a full service shop i been to 2 different brake master shops.An got amature results. I would never do bussines with brake masters ever again. Be very careful if you decide to take you vechile to any of their stores
Hit or miss , they got talented hard working guys , they can fix weird random issues like your car doors not opening. I like how friendly the men at the front are, and how descriptive they are with explaining what's going on, There is a bad seed working here who ruins it though. I had taken a purchsed used car here to do a full point inspection last fall and whoever did my full point inspection didnt do a good job because my serpentine belt was almost snapped off when I went to look at it and it was OBVIOUS as there is nothi... read more
