Please heed the other negative reviews. There is a pattern. I purposely delayed leaving a comment, as I suspected that my experience with this business would be an on-going saga. It has been. I took my well-maintained vehicle in to be checked for symptoms related to the exhaust system. (Excessive fuel consumption, loud noise, and fumes), and to have a headlight bulb replaced. Doesn't seem to be much of a brake shop. Can't even make a brake line
Avoid this place like the plague Brake Masters is not a good place to get an oil change they shorted me a quart of oil this place is a joke when I stopped by and told them about the shortage on my oil they laughed in my face maybe it's time to go to the BBB about them they do they do not need to do oil changes
Big update: I had to have work redone on my car because of errors made by the mechanics here. Most of my experiences here were good and I've always been seen quickly, but I kept mentioning I could smell oil and was told there was no leak. Turns out there WAS an issue and once I saw what it was, it was immediately noticed as an installation issue. I paid a good amount of money with Brake Masters too only to find I've been losing money in leaking oil.
If you are a WOMAN DO NOT GO HERE. Read the other reviews by women that they have taken advantage of. I wish I could give 0 or minus stars. I have used them for many years but will not be using them again. I made an appointment early 7:30 am as I had other commitments that day. I was told it would take an hour. I went in for a shimmy at high speeds when braking. I got there early and they took a person with no appointment before me after seeing me waiting outside before they opened.
