I go to whatever Brake Masters that Steve M. is working at. He's been at this location for awhile. Steve is trustworthy. At other times in my life, when money wasn't so flush, I could always trust Steve to honestly assess and tell me what I absolutely had to fix that day and what could wait until my next paycheck. It's employees like Steve who have kept me returning to Brake Masters year after year for well over a decade.
Brake masters was able to isolate my front left light not working to a relay junction box other repair ships had failed to do. Gave me a great price. Thanks guys to Mike, Steve and Felisha.
Mike, the service advisor in the Scottsdale N. Scottsdale Rd. address was excellent. Everything came out perfect very thorough including the technicians. Of course I’ll give them six stars but there’s only five.
