These guys use poor quality parts and they're expensive. I will never go to them again.
I have been working with brake masters for years and must say, Art and Patrick are really good managers who are informative and just get things done! If you have a problem with their service, they will correct it. If there are problems with your vehicle, they will let you know. If you want a second opinion, they recommended it. In sum, if they did not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, it would not have lasted this long. My truck is like new, 220,000 miles and counting :) Hancel
Taking my F-350 4X4 back into this shop for brake work...of course it's been 12 years since they did the original front brake job so I'm pretty pleased. Will post later how the "lifetime warranty" works out...

the store manager mike is the best, no upsells and honest,i would highly recomend this independently owned franchise, engine was installed in my lincoln for the best price in toun.trust me i did my reserch.
