I’ve been coming to this location for 6 months. Had service done from new radiators to cooling fans, car breaks and oil changes never had an experience like today. From the time I turned over my key to Steve and his mechanics they did something to my car that wasn’t allowing my car to start. Also there was and oil spill and I never had issues with my car having oil leakage or spills. As I’m asking questions to Steve concerning these things he gets upset. Negligent and unsafe repair work performed at this location. They replaced control arms on my vehicle and did not secure critical hardware. The nuts were missing following installation. Be cautious going to this location for any work, as they are rude and incompetent. While they completed the work months later, the store assumed zero accountability for the risk of suspension separation, loss of steering control, and severe vehicle damage.
UPDATE: 2 years later and the starter is no longer working. DON'T COME HERE AS THEY WILL NOT PROPERLY FIX YOUR CAR. A new starter should not be out in 2 years. They told me that ran diagnostic on my car and said it was my starter. It was not and they robbed me of $500. My car broke down multiple times after I saw them and had to take it to a different mechanic. Don’t go here. UP
