Rare, solid and honest are remarkable traits of #114 staff, managers and technicians/mechanics. Well referred to by long standing car repair service company in the area and OUTSTANDING.
The Mexican gentleman at the shop admitted that they only replaced one headlight even though I paid for both. Later, Paul completely changed the story and denied it. They were unprofessional, dishonest, and not cooperative at all. Because of their actions, I will now take this further and file a civil claim against them. Customers deserve honesty and proper service, not lies and scams. ZERO STAR FOR THIS
