The Mexican gentleman at the shop admitted that they only replaced one headlight even though I paid for both. Later, Paul completely changed the story and denied it. They were unprofessional, dishonest, and not cooperative at all. Because of their actions, I will now take this further and file a civil claim against them. Customers deserve honesty and proper service, not lies and scams. ZERO STAR FOR THIS

We had a terrible few days in Arizona on what was supposed to be a one day turn around and back to California. While leaving Phoenix we experienced a major breakdown and was towed to Brake Master #114. Manager Paul and his mechanic both went out of their way to get us back on the road as soon as possible with minimal damage to the pocket book. They can both be commended for their professionalism. We can't thank them enough. We're now safely back home in California thanks to the Brake Master crew. What a great business!
These guys are great. Honest work at a fair price. They beat the quotes from other shops for the same work. Really great manager and staff. They were patient with me and willing to answer all my questions. So happy to have a/c again! Thanks guys!
