My experience with this location was far below expectations. Having used Brake Masters in Tucson for ages, I was genuinely disappointed. Its difficult not to feel like they are far more concerned with profit than with integrity or actual mechanical service.
Ryan Woodrich is the guy to go to!! If you need something done fast and efficient he is your guy! I came in to replace my headlight and he stayed true to his word, got it done and is reliable. I lived in Sierra vista for 17 years and out of all mechanics or shops he is hands down the best one!
The staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my car. The prices are fair and the turnaround was quick!
I love their honesty and their fair prices. There are few places in Sierra Vista with excellent customer service, and Brake Masters is one of them. I highly recommend it.
