⸻ I regret having to leave a negative review, but I want to be completely straightforward: the service I received at Brake Masters fell far short of expectations and did not measure up to the standards customers should be able to rely on. I came in for an oil change, which was supposed to include a tire rotation. After paying and preparing to leave, I discovered that the tires had not been rotated as requested.
