Brake over trimmed and killed my trees. Account Manager stated Brake would cover the cost to replace dead trees, than lost contact. They are NOT proactive on resolving issues. Wrote the owner about experience and I am currently waiting to see how they will resolve.

I don't have much to say that is nice about this company other than they cut your grass. They don't go the extra step. I had weeds growing in my rental property waste high. But the grass was mowed. I asked for my parking pad to be weeded, it took them weeks to put it on the schedule past my original request. They don't return phone calls and they are borderline rude. We signed a contract at the beginning of the year with Brake and paid in full... big mistake. The old adage, you get what you pay for did not apply. We paid them more than other bids we received thinking they would be better, nope. At the end of the year they wouldn't refund us for services not performed. The owner had a bad attitude and was not results oriented. His mantra was "we did it, you pay". Well if they did it, why did we still have grubs, nutsedge, weeds etc.?
