My husband and I needed our brakes checked on our 5th wheel, and Bill at Brake & Equipment West Bend was incredibly helpful. Even though they weren’t able to do the work themselves, Bill gave us a thorough diagnostic and explained everything clearly so we could pass the info along to an RV service dealer. We really appreciated his time and honesty—highly recommend!
Great service
Had a new Western Mount installed on my 2017 F250. Was a used truck which had 0 leaks and such on it. I picke dup the truck after and they said "Hey heads up you have a power steering leak that you must not have known about." I know that nothing was leaking, they never said a thing when I dropped off the truck, nor did anyone call me to tell me anything. I picked it up and they said I have a leak that's somewhat significant. I drove the truck and parked it a couple miles later but left it idling. It was pissing transmission ... read more
