Customer Service was excellent! I went to another location and my wheel alignment was not completed correctly and they fixed it!
Well I came in September got the brake pads and back rotors changed since life time warranty is on brake pads, came today October 15 to have my front pads and rotors replaced just to find out the system is down! So I was quoted $323 for the front rotors and pads and today he quoted me $415???? Yall can charge but can’t look up customer information? Nah and I have been coming here all this year? Thinking about not returning for any other work other than the changing of the brake pads yall won’t get a dime out of me!
Went in for alignment, i didn’t get greeted until I walked up to the computer, I noticed he put down my window, and when he pulled it back out, I noticed my window was not properly put up. It has issues but he was forcing it to move down and he stripped the splines on the handle so now I can’t even adjust the window up/down.
