First of all, I want to thank the Staff who assisted me on 06-19-2025 as they were VERY HELPFUL in attending to my Vehicle. On the other hand, on 06-27-2025 I must say that this was a different story. I am not sure who the Person was who was assisting me at the Front Desk on my Check-in and when I returned to pick up my Vehicle, but their tone was very unprofessional, I feel.
