Victor is an absolute gem! As a woman, going to get work done on your car is daunting. Victor is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and takes time to explain it in great detail without making me feel inferior. This is definitely the type of customer service we need more of! If every shop had guys like him, you would feel confident dropping your car off, because you would know that someone who is honest and looking out for your best interest will take care of it. Keep up the good work!
Reserved time slot the day prior. Front pads replaced, rotors resurfaced. Competitive pricing, in and out in an hour and 15 min. Didn’t try and upsell me on things I didn’t need. Quick and easy for routine maintenance.
As the vast majority of ratings show, this place is great. How they're not a 5/5 is beyond me. I will only go here for my oil changes and break work. The pricing and fees are all laid out and explained in detail every time. As a woman, Im used to male technicians talking down to me, but that never happens at Break Check.
