Great company. Rebuilt my auxiliary brake system for my RV tow car in about an hour and a half and charged me absolutely nothing. Can't do better than that.
These guys are awesome! The air pump in my buddy packed it in. I live in Canada, so was reluctant to ship it to their headquarters in the US, as there's so many hoops to jump through and delays. Anyway, my service agent said I wouldn't have to send it in. He would send me a new pump via UPS the next day free of charge! It arrived today! I still can't believe it! These guys are awesome! Thank you so much! I can now enjoy the rest of the summer! 😁
Very poor design on the Classic 3. The cord will come undone while going down the road. Has happened to me several times and could be a big deal if you have to stop fast. Have call and talked to the help department and they didnt seem to care and had no idea what I should do. Guess they will get concerned when someone had a wreck and sues them. Guess that is what it will take. Cord needs to be rubber coated instead of plastic coated witch makes it real stiff. Poor design for sure.
I live in Nebraska and many times traveled I-335 going south for the winter. I pass right by Emporia usually but twice in my 13 year ownership, I have had to stop to have my Brake Buddy repaired. Each time the representative was friendly and repaired my "Buddy" quickly and at no cost. Thank you Brake Buddy.
