I would highly suggest requesting a different attorney. Not only did Mr. Janes raise his voice to me, he also told me to be “grateful” my friend has a bond and the sine “I” have been unable to pay for it that the incarcerated individual is lucky at this time. Our judicial system is in place for a Judge and Jury to decide if someone is guilty. It is a disheartening experience to be spoken to unprofessionally and judges by an attorney.
