Jose and Team did an incredible job in renovating my 1B1B condo home in Palo Alto. They painted, installed recessed lighting, checked roof for a leak, snaked bathtub drain, changed light fixtures and helped renovate minor things in the apartment to get it ready for new tenant. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Brajan Construction Inc . After an initial site visit to measure our retail space and a promise to provide a quote, the contractor has completely disappeared. It’s been two weeks since that visit, and despite numerous phone calls and messages, he has ignored every single attempt to follow up. I found Brajan Construction (Jose is the owner), via our neighborhood Nextdoor where he was highly recommended. Jose responded promptly. He was very polite and was able to come by and send me a proposal to remodel 2 of our bathrooms. We ended up choosing Jose and his crew at Brajan Construction to remodel our 2 bathrooms last year in 2021.
