I came to know of Brajan Construction through an existing client. The first job I ever did with them was a mold remediation. Jose, the owner of the company, Was very professional and transparent from the beginning. He showed himself to be very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained the process step-by-step and even took tons of photos of the whole process from start to finish. Jose gets the job done. He responds to calls immediately and sends his team quite promptly. His service charge is reasonable.
Jose and the Brajan Construction, Inc (BCI) team have been great to work with! I am a property manager, and they have helped with a number of projects recently, including mold remediation, water leak damage restoration, installation of exhaust fans and transitions to tankless water heaters just to mention a few. Jose is always quick to reply and provides timely updates on projects. I highly recommend BCI and am looking forward to working with them in the future.
I had a great experience with Brajan Construction. Jose ( the owner) was very responsive and always returned texts/calls pertaining to the work. They painted my cafe and did a great job. They even recommended complementary door paint and and provide great design ideas. I will be working with Jose and his team again.
Jose and Team did an incredible job in renovating my 1B1B condo home in Palo Alto. They painted, installed recessed lighting, checked roof for a leak, snaked bathtub drain, changed light fixtures and helped renovate minor things in the apartment to get it ready for new tenant.
