FALSE ADVERTISING Horrible customer service. Website offers free shipping for orders over $300, i call to confirm and the person that i spoke with on the phone said it should not say that. I said well it does and told her where. She said it does say that but should not. Said she would call me back and never did. I proceeded to place my order on braitproducts.com for $478.99 which is well over the $300 amount for free shipping.
