super nice guy and food was really good! we hadn’t found a gluten free restaurant with comfort food yet and this was delicious! plus A1 apple fritter

The Barbecue Brasedwich and the Baba Yaga were out of this world good. The meat, sauce, trippings, and bun were phenomenal. Everything here - whole menu, whole food cart, is gluten free and youd'd never know it. Celiac friendly, designated GF kitchen! This is my husband's favorite place for BBQ in town and he doesn't pull punches if he thinks something "tastes" GF. The fries are awesome too - great crunch while still being soft. So, today I chose to check it out by going to Braised Restaurant Food Truck. The owner of Braised got me here by enticing me with his photo on Facebook, of a Homemade Corn Dog, paying Homage to the Lane County Fair. I haven't had a real Hand dipped Corndog in over 20 years.
