I love that the staff in the leasing office are so helpful and sweet. I went in to place a maintenance request, soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kanesha she had the brightest smile along with everyone else in the office. The little time I was there was very welcoming.
The maintenance guy is awesome.. but the landlord really doesn't like to spend money to fix anything in the apartments.. constant problems inside and out.. owner takes the money from tenants and invests very little into the building..
