I lost 98lbs with diet and exercise in 2011. And since then I have been stuck on this yo-yo dieting/food obsession. I am great when I’m on a plan. But I want to eat “normal” And be successful without some “fad” diet plan. There is a huge psychological part involved that people do not tell you with weight loss.
